Accounts are issued, not opened.

There is no sign-up. An account is granted to a company after its application has been read and accepted. It is granted to the company, not to a person; named individuals are added afterwards, by you, under your own authority. Most applications are answered. Not all are accepted.

What an account carries

The specification. Every Schedule A on your engagements, current version and full history, signed and dated.
Sample approvals. Photographed, timestamped and counter-signed, so what was agreed is never a matter of recollection.
Acceptance records. Inspection findings, conformity tranches and what was earned against each.
Correspondence. The written record of an engagement, in one place, retrievable years later.

It is a record of work, not a dashboard. Nothing in it is designed to be looked at daily.
