Data protection
This notice is written to the standard of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation — because it is the strictest of the regimes that could apply, and a notice that satisfies it satisfies almost every other. The GDPR reaches beyond Europe of its own accord: Article 3(2) applies it to anyone offering services to people in the Union wherever the provider itself sits. Since engagements are accepted worldwide, it is treated here as the floor rather than as one option among several.

No profiling is carried out. No automated decision-making produces legal effects. Nothing collected here is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
Third parties
- Hosting. [HOST NAME AND COUNTRY] processes server logs on our instruction under a processing agreement.
- Typefaces. [Google Fonts — or "self-hosted; no request leaves this site"]. Where fonts are loaded from a third party, that party receives the visitor's IP address. Self-hosting removes this entirely and is recommended.
- Dispatch. Where a relay is configured, the message and the address given are transmitted to it for delivery to our inbox and are not retained by it beyond that.
- Video and images. Served from this domain. No external media, no embedded players, no social plugins, no advertising networks.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. A small amount of information is stored by the browser on the visitor's own device — whether the entrance sequence has already been seen, and any draft message in Dispatch. It is never transmitted, is readable only by this site, and is cleared with the browser's site data.
Update this section if analytics are added. Choose a tool that sets no cookies and no consent banner is required.
Transfers outside the EU

Worldwide operation makes this section matter more, not less. Every transfer out of the Union needs a named safeguard, and the same applies in reverse under several other regimes.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing, and its portability; and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting what was lawful before.
